REMOTE APPEARANCE REQUESTS:
Court proceedings with Judge Lux are in-person appearances. All remote appearance requests will be considered, per the Telephonic Rule in Fla. R. Judicial Admin. Please contact Jen at JOliva@ca.cjis20.org for any and all remote appearance requests (Judge Lux uses ZOOM) for a court hearing. Calendar Call remains mandatory in-person appearance for both Attorney and Defendant.

Please contact Jen at JOliva@ca.cjis20.org for any and all hearing requests. Include your name, case number, the motion you want heard, the amount of time requesting, and your contact information (preferably email address).
