Deposition Room Reservations

Deposition rooms are available for use in Lee, Collier, Hendry, and Glades counties. More information on reserving a deposition room can be found by choosing the county where you are holding the deposition.

Lee County

Deposition Rooms are available on the 2nd Floor of the Lee County Justice Center – Annex and in the Law Library located on the 1st floor of the Justice Center – Proper.

All rooms should be reserved by emailing CourtroomRequests-Leecounty@ca.cjis20.org
The email should contain the date, time the room is needed, case name/number, and how many people are expected to attend the deposition.

  • Deposition room 250-A, occupancy, up to 10 people.
  • Deposition room 250-B, occupancy, up to 6 people.
  • Deposition room 250-C, occupancy, between 4 and 5 people.
  • Deposition room 250-D, occupancy 6 people.
  • Law library

Once all information is received, an email will be sent back to the requestor confirming the booking of the deposition room with the date, time and address.
To confirm, send a notice of deposition back to the person that emailed the confirmation booking of the deposition room.
If the case is settled or cancelled prior to the scheduled deposition date, please email CourtroomRequests-Leecounty@ca.cjis20.org advising of the change.

Collier County

Deposition rooms can be reserved by emailing the notice of deposition to Collierdepos@ca.cjis20.org

The email should contain the attorney’s name, date, time the room is needed, case name and number, deponents names/time of hearing, and how many people are expected to attend the deposition.

A deposition room will be assigned the week of the depositions and can be found on the website at Collier Court Schedules or by asking the Baliff on the first floor of the Courthouse on the day of the depo.

If the case is settled, amended or cancelled prior to the scheduled deposition date, please email Collierdepos@ca.cjis20.org advising of the change.

Glades County

The deposition room in Glades County is the BOCC Chambers on the 2nd floor of the Courthouse. This room can be scheduled by calling the Glades County Clerk of Court at 863-946-6010.

Hendry County

Please contact Tracy Nobles to reserve the BOCC Chambers within the Courthouse. Her number is 863-675-5354.
