Lee County Vacant County Docket G9

Lee County Court cases previously assigned to Judge Bocelli are now assigned to Lee County Vacant County Docket G9.

• Schedule hearings using JACS, Judicial Automated Calendaring System. When logging in, select “Lee Co Vacant County Docket G9” for the Court.
• Do not schedule unlawful detainers, eviction related hearings, or hearings exceeding 30 minutes using JACS. You may contact the Judicial Assistant at 239-533-2852 to schedule.
• Please indicate the Zoom Meeting ID (561 866 1532) on your Notice of Hearing.
• Cancel: To cancel the hearing, you must file and serve a Notice of Cancellation and immediately contact the Judicial Assistant by telephone at 239-533-2852.
• The notice should indicate that the opposing party either agreed to the cancellation or otherwise has been given reasonable notice of the cancellation.

• Submit proposed orders through the eFiling Portal, State of Florida E-Filing Portal .
• For the Judicial Officer select “Vacant County Docket G9, Lee County”.
